Birthday Fun

Well I am a little late in posting this, but I am officially a big boy. I turned three a few weeks ago and I had a lot of fun celebrating. On my actual birthday, my mommy decided it would be fun to take me and Rebekah to Chuck E. Cheese since daddy had a football game so I invited my Meme, Aunt Kayla, Gwen, Max, Danielle, Charlene, Addie, and Amelia to come along with us and we had a lot of fun playing and eating. My Meme even brought me a present to open while we were there. We also went to Target while we were in Avon and I got two new movies. Then when we got home my daddy and mommy let me open my presents from them and my sister. I had a really fun day.
On the next day I had my birthday party with family and friends. My mommy and Aunt B made my cake and my mommy made a pinata that I helped fill with candy, stickers, and other fun stuff. We had lots of fun and mommy took some pictures to share.

I forgot to tell you that I am now a really big boy and am potty trained and get to wear big boy underwear during the day and pull-ups only at night.

Just an update

I am doing well and have become quite the big boy since I last posted. I have been helping mommy an daddy do things around the house as well as helping my daddy at camp. I have also been enjoying my summer so far. I have been to Holiday World, played in my sprinkler and swimming pool, and gone to Shakamak pool twice. I have also went on a few other road trips to camp, Indianapolis, Bloomington, and the park and movies in Terre Haute. I have a few pictures to share of my summer fun so I will leave you with those and I will try to post again soon.

Kisses

Over the weekend I spent time at my Papa and Meme's house while my daddy and Papa worked on my mommy's car. While I was there on Saturday I got to go shopping with my Meme, mommy, sister, aunts, Gwen, and Max, but before we left to go shopping my Aunt B gave me a special sucker and we just had to take some pictures of me eating it and my Aunt B couldn't resist giving me kisses I had a lot of fun all afternoon and evening with them.

Spaghetti Face

The other day one of my mommy's friends brought us dinner. It was spaghetti, which I really like to eat, but for some reason I still make a mess eating it. Mommy says it is okay that at least I try to eat with my fork. Since I was having such a good time eating and my mommy had the camera out anyway she took some pictures of me. This was her favorite so I am posting it for you all to see.

Say Cheese

For Christmas my daddy and mommy got me my own digital camera that actually takes pictures. I am still figuring out how to use it, but some day soon I will post some of my own pictures from my camera, but for now I have a picture of me taking a picture.

I'm a Big Brother

On Monday morning my baby sister was born at the hospital. When I woke up in the morning I got to go see her, mommy, and daddy. At first I was not so sure about the whole thing, the baby and the fact that my mommy was at the hospital in a strange bed. After a little while of visiting I decided to hold my sister, but only long enough for daddy to snap a couple of pictures and to get a closer look at her.
After my visit I got to go back to Meme and Papa's and play with my cousin Gwen for a little while until Papa got home to go back to the hospital. We visited for a little while longer and then we went to get something to eat.
I visited the hospital a couple of more times on Tuesday and then today I got to come back home since mommy and my sister got to come home from the hospital. I am still getting used to the idea of having a baby in my house, but I am sure it will be okay. I will have pictures of me at Christmas and of my new baby sister to share soon. Christmas Events

A few weeks ago my mommy and daddy took me to Rose Hulman to decorate a gingerbread house. Luckily the house was already assembled and all I did was decorate it. It was okay, but I was done decorating by myself after about five minutes so my mommy and daddy helped me decorate the rest. This is the what my house looked like at the end.

Then last Sunday, I went back to Rose Hulman with my daddy and mommy to meet my Aunt B for her work Christmas party. I saw Santa for the first time and I even sat on his lap. I got a new toy, a Tonka school bus. After we left there we went to a party with some of my daddy's work people. I played with the kitty while my mommy and daddy played a game with the big people. My mommy did manage to get a few pictures of me under the table with the kitty. She thought it was cute, even though her and my daddy don't really like cats too much.
When we got home from all of the parties my Meme, Papa, Aunt B, Aunt Kayla, Uncle Jared, Gwenie, and Max cam over to watch the finale of Survivor and to eat some pizza. It was a lot of fun playing with my cousins. I still have more Christmas stuff coming up in the next couple of days that I will post about and then soon after I will update you all on my baby sister's arrival.
